sardine brouillade and a drizzle of quality olive oil, and you&#8217;ve got a spread that&#8217;s sure to delight lovers of salty flavors.<\/p>\n<p>A contraction of &#8220;Sardine&#8221; and &#8220;Tapenade&#8221;, sardinade is prepared by hand in a small olive grove in the Baronnies region, using olives harvested on the estate.<\/p>\n<p>Aperitifs, spreads and sandwiches are just some of
