Why more than organic? After all, he harvests the wild herbs he needs to make these juices in areas at least 5km from any agricultural plot that might use pesticides! His work is based on a few fundamental principles:<\/p>\n
– the use of the lunar calendar, both for picking wild plants and for making and bottling fruit juices.<\/p>\n
– the search for nearby fruit grown biodynamically or, failing that, untreated, which he picks himself.<\/p>\n
