Proven\u00e7al fig trees are renowned for producing top-quality, tasty and very sweet fruit, and the famous black fig from Caromb, a small village in the Vaucluse region, is the symbol of this.<\/p>\n

A large fruit with a very thin skin, this fig has a high sugar content, which means that only a tiny amount of sugar needs to be added when making jam.<\/p>\n

Not only tasty but also healthy, this jam, expertly made by our confiturier in L’Isle-sur-Sorgue, is a real treat for breakfast or as an accompaniment to cheeses!<\/p>\n
