It was said that simply placed on a piece of bread, it made a whole meal.<\/p>\n<p>We only recently discovered this off-the-beaten-track ancestral speciality at an artisan&#8217;s shop in the foothills of Mont Ventoux, and we&#8217;ve come to appreciate its sunny, full-bodied flavour.
