It was in this beautiful valley of the Proven\u00e7al Baronnies that we discovered this olive grove, which for several generations has been handcrafting authentic Proven\u00e7al products from the fruit of their olive trees, harvested, pressed and prepared on the property.<\/p>\n
Affinade is the classic of their range. A pure olive brouillade from Nyons, of the tanche variety, with just a drizzle of olive oil and a touch of salt.<\/p>\n
