This full-flavored confit is concocted at l’Isle-sur-sorgues, in the Vaucluse region, by our artisan confiturier, to whom we already owe such marvels as red bell pepper chutney and black olive confit.<\/p>\n

A beautiful, creative recipe based on eggplants, tomatoes, olives and garlic for a real explosion of flavors, unique in the world.<\/p>\n

Pairs perfectly with cheese, especially fresh goat’s cheese or foie gras. A homemade burger is also sublime. A real surprise not to be missed!<\/p>\n

Ingredients: Eggplant (51%), tomato, sugar, onion, black olive, cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic pulp (2%), garlic semolina (1%), herbes de Provence, lemon juice, salt, pepper.<\/strong><\/p>\n
