There’s no need to introduce Tapenade Noire, an unmissable classic in Provencal cuisine for centuries. We took a long time (5 years) to add one to our range, as we were not satisfied with the ones we tasted before.
This one (Silver Medal at Paris 2013) pleased us in every way: Character, balance of recipe, texture, quality of ingredients and homemade by an olive grove in Gard with the estate’s top-quality olives.
On toast, it’s an alternative to pretzels and peanuts. It will add a very southern note to your raw vegetable salads and give body to your sauces.
A perfect accompaniment to lamb chops or leg of lamb.
